Some ideas and options for the new site
This page is temporary and for employee use only.
I can make the whole site myself, but I decided I would at least let you explore your options and stuff. It's your site, and if you want something on it changed or inserted I will be happy to do it. If you want to be creative you can be, if you don't even want to mess with it, I'm creative too.
Logos
The best way to make a logo is at CoolText.com. It works better than any logo program I have ever purchased, and it's free! It is kind of slow sometimes (especially on my dial up connection), so you may want to play with it on your own in your free time. Just save the pictures and send me the one you like the best. I have made 3 that aren't good enough, but I will show them to you anyway. I may try to create some better ones. Of course I will resize them to make them fit the page really well.
This logo is actually half way decent, I tried to come up with a kind of wooden toy feel. The letters are readable, although they could be clearer.
This logo is hard to read due to similar colors, but it does look interesting. It is classified under the "carvings" section.
This is the one I put on the existing site. As you can see, we can't use this logo, because the Y looks like a V, which makes it harder to read.
This background looks kind of blocky, I don't really like it.

I have more backgrounds too, these are just some of them that I wanted to show you. you could even find your own background,, but if you can think of it, I probably have that background. While we're here, I also want to show you that black letters on white or off-white are much easier to read than white or red text on a black background (its a website thing).
